Settling In Assistance
The purpose of Settling-in assistance is to ensure a smooth and stress free settling of the assignee in the new apartment, city, country and culture.
There is a certain number of difficulties that one may come across upon arriving to another country or city for the first time. Estam Group offers a variety of settling-in support functions in order to help expatriates get their feet on the ground. Upon request, our consultant will provide assistance in the following areas:

Furniture obtaining

  • Provide lists of reputable furniture supply companies and department stores
  • Coordinate the purchase, delivery and assembling of the furniture processes.

Utilities

  • Arrange and coordinate the installation of additional technical equipment in leased premises (security systems, TV and internet connections, phone lines, etc.)
  • Establish billing address and payment processes

Bank

  • Advise assignee about the documents needed to open bank accounts
  • Provide names, addresses and telephone numbers of suitable local or international banks

Insurance

  • Provide names, addresses and telephone numbers of insurance providers
  • Obtain translation of contract when possible, provide assistance in completing necessary forms
  • Advise on the minimum insurance requirements to be obtained by local legal representative of assignee

 

Tenancy Management
Estam Group insures that all daily issues are managed and resolved efficiently.

  • All maintenance repairs (plumbing, carpentering, electrics, etc.)
  • Urgent repair
  • Internet/Cable TV instructions, assistance and payment.
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning service

 

Lease Renewal

  • Track lease dates and timely notify the client about lease renew start
  • Carry out lease negotiations to renew lease agreement
  • Re-negotiate best possible terms, including adequate rental rate, apartment improvements, additional furniture/additional renewal agreement
  • Arrange and coordinate renewal agreement

 

Rent Re-negotiation
Rent-renegotiation is applied only to the leases which are still underway/valid, whereas have become in-adequate in terms of rental rate.

  • Review and analyze the adequacy of the current rental rate vs. market average
  • Negotiate with the landlord to reduce rental rate
  • Renew the lease for one more year
  • Draft renewal/new lease agreement
  • Arrange and coordinate lease signing

 

Temporary Accommodation Search
Temporary accommodation can be offered to business travelers, or used as temporary option during the home-finding process or while awaiting furniture delivery.
